Production Planning & Execution
- Execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans as per targets.
- Ensure smooth operation of all battery manufacturing processes including:
- Grid casting
- Pasting
- Curing & drying
- Plate formation
- Assembly (strap welding, COS, intercell welding)
- Acid filling & finishing
- Monitor production output vs plan and take corrective actions.
