Your role will have two major areas of focus:
Talent Acquisition and HR Operations

The incumbent will be expected to

• Pitch to the candidates the suitable open roles and
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Aid in coordinating campus interviews
• Keep the ATS up to date
• Help manage HR operations
• Manage the HRIS
• Manage HR-related queries and requests from the team members
• Manage travel and accommodation booking
• Coordinate HR events
• Maintain data sanctity and aid in preparing reports and dashboards

Must have

• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent English proficiency
• Passion to work in a tech startup
