What You'll Work On Partner with teams - Marketing, Engineering, Finance, People, Sales - cross-functional to identify opportunities that boost efficiency and help us scale. Support day-to-day operational workflows, including manual tasks, with consistency and accuracy. Monitor and refine existing processes, working with different teams and offering clear, actionable recommendations for optimisation. Maintain and track key operational metrics to ensure data integrity — and proactively flag trends or issues. Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects and initiatives. Bring order, clarity, and momentum to fast-moving operational workstreams (and have fun doing it).

You'll Be a Great Fit If YouHave 0–2 years of experience in operations, administration, program coordination, or any role involving structured execution.
