The project:

This is a complex, large scale, mission critical project working with an amazing client organisation and talented Mace team. This project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leads end to end project delivery, managing timelines, budgets and risks while aligning all stakeholders to shared outcomes.
• Oversees client, consultant and contractor relationships, driving collaboration and clear communication.
• Provides expert guidance, promotes Safety First and embeds best practice, digital and sustainability principles.
• Manages teams, strengthens commercial performance and advances continuous improvement and net zero goals.

You'll need to have:

• Degree qualification is essential.
• Proven project management experience, in a highly regulated environment, with strong commercial, risk and analytical capability.
• Solid understanding of methodologies, procurement and industry standards, including HSE requirements. Exposure to working with these methodologies across all aspects of the construction delivery life cycle, cradle to grave is essential.
• Effective communicator and relationship builder with stakeholder engagement strengths.
• Relevant technical qualifications; MCIOB/MAPM/MRICS/MICE (or local equivalent).
