The project:

This is a mixed-use development including a commercial building, service apartment, and club in Mumbai.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You'll be responsible for:

• Supports the delivery of defined business plan outcomes by coordinating design management activities to agreed timelines, budgets and performance objectives.
• Leads and supports design management resources across projects, ensuring client briefs, stakeholder requirements and coordinated deliverables are achieved.
• Applies Mace's governance frameworks and management systems throughout the project lifecycle, driving consistency, compliance and quality outcomes.
• Reviews, analyses and presents project performance data, KPIs and management information to support effective decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Builds collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing operational support and contributing to business development and work-winning activities.
• Promotes knowledge sharing, leveraging the Centre of Excellence and wider business expertise, while supporting the transition to net zero through proactive carbon management and reduction initiatives.

You'll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in the relevant field.
