Customer Relationship Executive

• Maintain and update customer database (dealers, distributors, retailers)
• Track leads, inquiries, and sales pipeline
• Regular follow-up with customers for orders, feedback, and payments
• Coordinate with sales team for order processing and dispatch updates
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
• Generate reports on sales, customer activity, and performance
• Ensure data accuracy in CRM system
• Support marketing campaigns and customer engagement activities

Requirements

• Graduate in any field (MBA preferred)
• 0–3 years experience (FMCG preferred)
• Good communication skills (Hindi + English; Odia is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Understanding of sales processes and customer handling
