Design Consultant

We're hiring a Graphic Design Consultant (D2C) who will interact with customers daily, understand their requirements, and suggest the most suitable design concepts and styles. This is a consultation-first role, focused on guiding customers rather than executing designs.

• Talk to customers daily to understand their design needs
• Suggest design concepts, styles, and layouts that fit their requirements.
• Guide customers on what will look best and work effectively.
• Coordinate with internal designers to execute recommended ideas
• Ensure customer satisfaction through the right design suggestions

Requirements

• Strong communication & customer-handling skills
• Good understanding of design basics (colors, layouts, aesthetics)
• Ability to suggest ideas, not just create designs
• Experience in D2C / customer-facing roles is a plus
• 2–4 years of experience in wallpaper, surface, textile, or pattern design
