-Managing the team members in Shift Operations
-Handling Overall Service operations such as Delivery / Pickup (Inbound / Outbound).
-Ensuring in Pickup / Delivery Planning & execution done in Daily Operations.
-Coordinating with Business Partners for Vehicle placements on time for Pickup / Delivery.
-Coordinating with Clients for any operational issues resolution in Delivery / Pickup.
-Guiding the team members for Consignment & Vehicle planning in Delivery / Pickup.
Ensuring Inbound / Outbound operations with proper Vehicle planning for Hub connections & Dispatch
Generate market intelligence (competition business) of all the area allocated
Establish relationships with new customers and partners that help achieve assigned sales targets
Build strong infrastructure - Onboarding partner with dedicated vehicle & terminal.
