Job Description – Executive – Operations Experience: 1–3 Years Qualification: Graduate in any discipline Industry: Logistics / E-commerce / Supply Chain Key Responsibilities Manage cash/COD (Cash on Delivery) shipments and ensure timely reconciliation and settlement. Handle COD-related salvaging activities, including identification, tracking, recovery, and resolution of exceptions. Coordinate with ground operations teams to ensure smooth shipment and cash handling processes. Work closely with middle and senior management to monitor operational performance and resolve escalations. Track COD discrepancies, pending settlements, and operational issues; prepare regular MIS reports. Ensure adherence to operational SOPs, cash-handling procedures, and company policies. Required Skills Hands-on experience in COD operations, cash handling, and shipment salvaging activities. Strong coordination skills with ground operations and management teams. Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting. Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience in logistics, courier, or e-commerce operations preferred.
