Manager - PMO (CDTO's Office) (Mumbai A.O, MUM-KND-AFS(AD), IN)

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Drive governance, execution tracking, and reporting for the Vihaan Transformation Program across multiple workstreams. Monitor program progress, risks, dependencies, milestones, and escalations to ensure successful and timely delivery. Support the planning and execution of strategic initiatives across Digital Transformation and key business functions. Contribute to high-impact projects spanning Customer Experience (CX), Digital Experience (DX), Manufacturing, New Plant initiatives, Data & Analytics, AI, and enterprise transformation programs. Provide PMO support for Vihaan and ADC, including governance forums, steering committee reviews, executive updates, and cross-functional coordination. Track action items, project deliverables, interdependencies, and overall program performance. Develop leadership presentations, business reviews, dashboards, management reports, and strategic recommendations. Support governance, monitoring, and performance tracking of organizational AI initiatives, including adoption, business outcomes, and strategic alignment. Assist in annual budgeting, financial governance, investment tracking, budget utilization, and benefits realization for transformation initiatives. Coordinate governance activities related to Cybersecurity, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and technology risk management, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation across digital programs. Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive alignment, decision-making, and execution excellence. Experience 2-4 years post MBA Industry Preferred Qualifications MBA General Requirements Experience in managing cross-functional projects and executive stakeholder engagement.
