Description
- Working towards monthly and daily targets.
- Store day-to-day operations.
- Plan day to day task & rooster for sales executives.
- On the floor execution of sales strategy from the organization.
- Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
- Ensure adherence to SOP at store.
- Stock Management.
- Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.
- Inviting customer to outlet (Customer Approaching).
- Introduce customer to the concept of MYOP.
- Demonstrating and presenting products.
- Support the customer to identify the right perfume.
- Store cleanliness and merchandising.
- Cash deposit to bank or to the Payment collection team.
- Stock Audits.
- Monitoring billings and sales on regular basis.
- DSR and daily checklists.
- Monitoring staff performance.
- Placing stock request to HO.
- Validating and receiving stock.
- Handling, resolving customer complaints and escalating to Cx dept if required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Working towards monthly and daily targets.
- Store day-to-day operations.
- Plan day to day task & rooster for sales executives.
- On the floor execution of sales strategy from the organization.
- Excellent work ethic and time management skills.
- Ensure adherence to Store etiquette and at store timing.
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Completion of monthly staff evaluation.
- Completion of all KPIs as defined by the organization.
