Legal Assistant- US Immigration- Remote

We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Legal Assistant join our growing US team. This role will focus on managing a wide range of both routine and complex permanent and temporary residence applications.

Job Type: Remote

Salary: Commensurate with experience, generous benefits package

To qualify for this role, you must have the following qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in U.S. immigration, with a focus on PERM labor certification cases.
• Proven ability to manage PERM cases from start to finish, including:

• Job postings
• Prevailing wage determinations
• Responding to audits

• Experience working directly with employers, employees, and attorneys to gather and organize necessary documentation.
• Proficient in using case management software to maintain accurate and up-to-date files.
• Skilled at monitoring deadlines and proactively managing timelines for recruitment and filing.
• Strong understanding of DOL and USCIS regulations and a commitment to compliance.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, providing regular updates and guidance throughout the PERM process.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• ​Strong organizational and time-management skills
