BIM modeler

-At least 1+ years of experience with advanced Revit & AutoCAD

-Knowledge of working with BIM Standard or Building Codes - Ability to work independently in a

fast-paced dynamic environment - Working skills with Sketch Up and Revit

-Design Documentation: Creating detailed architectural drawings, plans, and models using Revit software based on design concepts provided by architects and engineers

-3D Modeling: Developing 3D models of building components and structures, which can be used for visualisations and clash detection

-Building Information Modeling (BIM): Working with BIM data to ensure that the digital model accurately represents the physical building and its components

-Collaboration: Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to incorporate design changes and coordinate the BIM model with project requirements

-Construction Drawings: Generating construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules

-Material and Component Specifications: Selecting and specifying building materials and components within the Revit model

-Code Compliance: Ensuring that the designs and drawings comply with building codes and regulations

-Resolve design conflicts to enhance coordination and minimize errors.

-Generate architectural construction documents and support the creation of as-built documentation.

-Proficient in BIM software, such as Revit, with expertise in architectural modeling and detailing.

-Experience in developing LOD 200 to LOD 650

-Ability to take on additional responsibilities as needed, determine, and manage priorities with

minimal guidance
