Expert Machinist & CNC Programmer

1. Ensure precise measurements for machining activities.
2. Take proper care of cutting tools and maintain tools to cost control by increasing tool life.
3. Plan proper sequence of tasks to complete the targets.
4. Maintain a safe and clean workstation.
5. Basic knowledge of TPM and skill to perform regular TPM activities to keep the machine in healthy condition.
6. Maintain the 5S of area and follow daily cleanliness routine.
7. Basic computer skills.
8. Maintain and ensure all safety related instructions in the work area.
9. Achieve daily production target and maintain record of day-to-day production activities.
10. Check job output for quality assurance and document as per standard.
11. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as need.
12. Study operations on other machining centres also and provide inputs to improve current processes.
13. NPD -Develop and Product confirmation.
