Description
Major Responsibilities:
- To provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning, troubleshooting, of tower cranes
- To Provide technical support & trainings to customer about our product and minimise breakdown time
- To communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and corrective actions like updates of products
- To prepare reports and complete required paperwork.
Specialized skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suites including word, excel, outlook.
- High ethical standard and possess professional attitude.
- Experience in E&C of equipment and troubleshooting
Working Conditions:
- Should be fit for climbing the Tower crane and should not have the fear of height, travelling daily to handle local territory
- Should follow the safety rules & take safety precaution, all PPE during working on site.
