Production Supervisor

Job Description :

1. Achieve department KPI :  Responsible for monthly production  KPI's of Assembly & paint shop.  Includes Production Target, Std hour generation, efficiency, effective resource management, safety, optimization, Bill of Material (BOM & Non BOM) consumption, Cost saving projects etc.
2. Routine Monitoring and control : Monitor the weekly performance of line and Implementation of Corrective Action and Preventive Action on time
3. MIS  Report: Provide information and inputs to Sr. Management regarding  performance and analyse of line & identify areas of improvement.
4. Ensure Material availability for continuous mfg. and assembly of Crane- Responsible for supply chain of crane assembly, coordination with supply chain and sub contractor.
5. Implementation of the system requirements under EMS and ENMS - Responsible for monitoring effective implementation pf EMS & ENMS policy , should be able to guide team on system requirements, should be able to give basic awareness to concerned team members

Specialized skills, equipment, software, and/or machines used to perform job:

1. Strong Materials and /or Process Engineering background with knowledge of Paint technology & Assembly
2. Should have good working knowledge of Microsoft office, projects and drawings (reading & corrections if any)
3. Should have knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP
4. Should be able to handle different task at same time.
