Talent Acquisition Specialist

This position will be responsible for managing end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, employee development, and learning initiatives to support organizational workforce requirements. The role partners with hiring managers to attract, select, and onboard quality talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience. It will also support workforce capability building through training coordination, employee development programs, skills management, succession planning, and talent pipeline administration. Additionally, the position is responsible for maintaining recruitment metrics, hiring reports, training records, and ensuring compliance with apprenticeship and development programs.
