Key Responsibilities:

Project****Management:

·         Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

·         Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.

·         Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.

 

DeploymentandConfiguration:

·         Oversee MPLS deployment and ILL deployment projects.

·         Configure network hardware including routers and firewalls.

·         Manage and implement network management tools.

 

NetworkManagementand****Troubleshooting:

·         Perform network analysis to ensure optimal performance.

·         Troubleshoot network issues and resolve performance bottlenecks.

·         Conduct network performance tuning and optimization.

 

Customer****Liaison:

·         Act as the main point of contact for customer technical representatives.

·         Ensure customer requirements are understood and met.

·         Provide technical support and guidance to customers during project deployment.

 

DesignandImplementation:

·         Design and implement network solutions to meet organizational needs.

·         Conduct IP address auditing and ensure compliance with policies.

·         Prepare and maintain documentation for network configuration and changes.

 

Other Responsibilities:

· Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

· Participate in after-hours support and maintenance activities as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Proven experience in project management within the ISP or telecommunications industry.
3. Strong technical background in network deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
4. Proficiency in configuring and managing routers, firewalls, and network management tools.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
7. PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
