Key Deliverables (Essential functions & Responsibilities of the Job): Achieve sales targets assigned to the store through effective customer engagement and product recommendations. Minimize costs by controlling wastage and ensuring proper handling of merchandise. Prevent shrinkage through adherence to stock protection measures and company policies. Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering suitable product solutions. Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines to ensure an appealing store layout. Follow correct stock management processes to ensure merchandise is received, stored, and displayed properly. Take ownership of cashiering responsibilities when required, ensuring accuracy and adherence to defined processes. Comply with all store operating procedures and company policies to ensure efficient store functioning.
