Key Deliverables (Essential functions & Responsibilities of the Job):

• Sourcing profiles from Job portals, networking sites, referencing networking, and job hunting.
• Screening candidates and do a first round teleconference or personal interview before passing the candidate.
• Data management and mining of candidates profiles, for recruitment active pipeline.
• To manage the recruitment supplier base and advertising and explore newer avenues for sourcing ideal profiles.
• Coordinating with candidates in all stages until onboarding.
• Responsible for validating the documents as per the guideline.
