About the Role:

This role would include working on Mettl's SaaS platform and servicing Mettl's clients by managing their operational work. This would include.

• Onboarding new clients
• Acknowledge and work on client service requests.
• Execute day-to-day content or assessment operations activities as per defined processes, timelines, and quality standards.
• End to end drive campus placement drive management
• Offering real time monitoring and support to our clients.
• Coordinate with Customer Success, Content Creation, Technology and other team
• Using CRM Support Desk platforms like Zoho and Exotel
