We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to be a key contributor in developing and implementing Social sustainability, and Diversity and Inclusion strategies that support the achievement of group objectives and positioning Linea Aqua as a leader and implement cross-cutting sustainability projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrate in-depth knowhow pertaining to MAS and Global trends/ practices and be instrumental in supporting Management- identify and implemented strategies, that are in alignment to the overall vision and mission of the division.
- Contribute to the conceptualization, development and implementation of Divisionally driven social sustainability, diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Facilitate the timely achievement of the indicators on the CEO's social sustainability score tool for all local and overseas plants whilst constantly monitoring progress and coordinating with domain leaders to establish plans to meet the require indicators.
- Communicate and facilitate all information requests and images with regards to the community, employee empowerment activities and Women Go Beyond Program and Social sustainability to ensure that accurate, up-to-date information about the respective SBU / Division is always conveyed to the Group / Customers etc.
- Approve projects proposals from plants, diligently follow through on all projects implemented by monitoring and evaluating the accuracy of data submitted by plants and establishing improvements as and when required to ensure positive social impact is achieved.
- Demonstrate ability to independently manage Environmental Sustainability and Social Sustainability projects.
- Maintaining the social media touchpoints of social sustainability, diversity and inclusion for all internal communications.
- Work in collaboration with business leads and cross functional representatives to understand customer requests- be it working on new proposals or providing status updates on current partnered projects.
- Oversee and manage all sustainability related visits (customers and other VIP third parties) at Linea Aqua facilities ensuring timely and accurate information is provided to achieve overall customer satisfaction.
- Take lead in driving Social Sustainability initiatives mapped in the engagement Calander to enhance coverage and positive impact across the community.
- Facilitate and enable the achievement of all emotional wellness initiatives, and supervision of the plant counsellors. Analysis of reports to identify trends and problem areas and work with counsellors to find quick solutions.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Degree in Management/Social sustainability/ Gender Studies.
- 2-4 years of experience in project management.
- Knowledge on the Sustainable Development Goals (UN).
