Assistant Manager Technology - End User Support

To lead and manage onsite End User Services operations for Mashreq in Bangalore, ensuring high-quality, secure, and compliant IT support to business users. 

The role acts as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all end‑user computing requirements, escalations, and service delivery, while ensuring SLA adherence, user satisfaction, policy compliance, and smooth coordination with central Technology teams.
