Role: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant - Talent Management, ORC(Oracle recruiting cloud)

Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Locations: Pune, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Noida, Gurugram, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Talent Management modules and/or ORC. The role involves driving end-to-end implementations, engaging with clients, and delivering scalable HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional consulting for Oracle HCM Talent Managementmodules or ORC OR a combination of both.
• Whithin Talent Management, must have worked on either of these - Learn (OLC), performance, goals, career development, succession planning
• Be part of Requirement gathering, and solution design sessions
• Configure and implement solutions aligned to business requirements
• Execute setup/configuration migration from non-production to production environments
• Act as a client-facing consultant, ensuring successful project delivery
• Handle multiple priorities in a dynamic project environment
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Required Skills (Must Have)

• Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management OR ORC or combination of both
• Strong experience in implementation or support projects
• Hands-on experience in solution design, configuration, and client engagement
• Experience in environment migration and release management
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking capabilities
