Marketing Executive

We are seeking a Marketing Executive for the Vadodara Location to oversee sales and distribution in your assigned region and work to grow your customer base. This role requires you to handle inbound calls triggered by digital campaigns, update and build accurate & insightful customer records on CRM database, perform outbound Telemarketing activity on targeted data lists, track campaign metrics versus predetermined goals, and perform marketing operations activities as required. You will also be responsible for social media posting, moderating and developing the Partner Community, and working closely with the Sales teams to grow revenue and ensure marketing generated pipeline targets are achieved. Analyse and map existing and new customers to identify key contacts, purchasing processes and decision makers within an organization.

The role seeks an organized, energetic & results-driven individual with innate leadership qualities and someone who can maintain good client & vendor relationships. Applicants must hold a Bachelors in Marketing, Business or related fields. 1- 3+ years Inbound/outbound sales experience (Telemarketing/ Renewal/ Call Center) is required. Sales and/or channel experience is a plus.
