What you'll be doing...

The Tourism Assistant will provide operational and administrative support to the tourism sales & marketing team, ensuring a consistent approach to activities across all levels.

A key responsibility is managing a Salesforce-based group booking platform and coordinating best practices across centres and international markets.

This role works cross-functionally, including daily communication with Centre Guest Service and Tourism teams across Europe and international markets (China, South Korea, Southeast Asia, India, the Middle East and others).

The Tourism Assistant reports directly into the Head of Tourism.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, able to develop rapport, trust and working
relationships with cross functional teams and suppliers.
• Highly organized and strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage and analyse data and key trends
• Enjoy collaborating in a fast-pace, multicultural, multinational environment.
• IT skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Previous experience in the tourism industry (national/international) beneficial
