Job Description:

Basic Skills:

• Basic computer navigation, file handling, and browser-based portal usage
• Ability to view, split, merge, organize, and upload PDF documents accurately
• Quick learner with attention to detail for identifying missing or mismatched data
• Ability to read SOPs, follow instructions, and draft simple clarification emails

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Review patient collection/payment documents for accuracy and completeness
• Split, merge, and upload PDFs as per defined process instructions
• Map documents to the correct chart and ensure accurate upload/attachment
• Search portal documents, validate details, and update missing/mismatched information
• Coordinating with project leads to missing, incomplete, or mismatched information

Qualifications:

Total Experience:

• Pursuing Arts/Science graduation is preferred
• Typing/Steno exposure is an advantage

Technical Skills:

• Basic proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, PDF tools, and data entry workflows
• Good written communication and ability to document updates accurately
• Attention to detail, data accuracy, confidentiality awareness, and independence

Additional Information:

• 5 Days working – 5.5 Hours each day
