Medhavi Skills University (MSU) is a government-notified private skills university established under a State Act in Sikkim, dedicated to promoting quality skill education and entrepreneurship integrated with higher education. As an anchor university partner with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and the Project Management Unit (PMU) of NSDC International, MSU is committed to preparing youth for the future workspace by coworking with industry partners to design and implement demand-driven programs.You shall be operating out of our Head office at Kolkata.Responsibilities:Having a firm understanding of the products or servicesInteracting via various channels, such as live chat, emails, social media and direct callsModifying sales pitches in response to customer demandAcquiring and retaining contact information databasesPutting forward suggestions in accordance with the requirements of the partner/studentThe capacity to adjust to challenging questionsCapacity to manage conflicts and address grievances during negotiations
