Account Manager – Skill Certification

The Account Manager – Skill Certification will serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned Training Partners under the MSU Skill Certification vertical. This role ensures smooth onboarding, operational coordination, certification governance, compliance monitoring, and lifecycle management of Training Partners (TPs). The position requires cross-functional collaboration between MSU's Academic, Technical, Business Development, and MEL teams to deliver high-quality, standards-aligned skilling programs. Key Responsibilities:1. Partner Onboarding & Certification Coordinate with the Business Development team to ensure seamless handover post-MoU signing. Lead onboarding sessions with Training Partners covering operational protocols, compliance expectations, and system usage (MSU Partner Connect, SIDH). Facilitate issuance of Training Partner Certificates in line with the MSU Partnership Certification Framework. Ensure timely renewal, revocation, or interim certification in compliance with MSU policy. 2. Partner Account Management Act as SPOC for assigned Training Partners for all operational, technical, and business queries. Maintain up-to-date partner records, documentation, and communication logs in the MSU MIS. Support TPs in completing SIDH registration, course activation, and batch scheduling processes. Drive compliance with MSU branding, data reporting, and certification protocols. Program & Curriculum Coordination Liaise with the Academic team to ensure curriculum alignment with NSQF/NHEQF/NCrF frameworks. Facilitate the review and approval of courses and qualifications on MSU ParterConnect/SIDH portals. Support Training Partners in implementing approved assessment and certification processes. 5. Escalation & Grievance Management Log and resolve operational grievances within defined Turnaround Time (TAT). Escalate unresolved issues to higher levels as per the MSU escalation matrix. Maintain accountability for partner satisfaction and timely resolution of all issues. 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Academic, Technical, Finance, and MEL teams to ensure cohesive partner support. Provide inputs for system enhancements and process optimization.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field.
