Community Mobiliser

The Community Mobiliser will be responsible for engaging with local communities, building strong relationships, and driving participation in university programs, outreach initiatives, and skill development projects. The role involves coordinating with stakeholders, identifying potential beneficiaries, and ensuring effective communication between the university and the community.

Perform marketing and sales activities to drive high-quality leads from students enrollment and generate revenue for the assigned school. Identify and develop rural network partners and enable them to deliver the company message in their own village/area. Marketing and engaging with students, their parents and the authorities for planning & counselling activities. Data and lead collection of prospective students for enrollment targets, minimizing student dropouts and maximizing student attendance for the skills programmes. Responsible for reporting and maintaining the record on daily basis. Any other activity assigned by senior staff. Perform any other task as assigned by the company as per the requirement.

Minimum qualification: Minimum 12th Pass 1+ years of experience in community mobilization, outreach, or social development projects (preferably in education, skilling, or livelihood domains).
