Management Trainee/Intern

We are looking for a highly motivated Management Trainee / Intern to join the Founder's Office and Corporate Solutions Vertical and work in close coordination with the top leadership team. As part of this role, you will support market research, proposal drafting, opportunity identification, partnership development, and business expansion initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Conduct market and industry research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights. Assist in drafting proposals, concept notes, and presentations for business development and partnerships. Support leadership in identifying new opportunities for strategic collaborations and business expansion. Contribute to partnership development activities by coordinating with external stakeholders, corporates, and government bodies. Prepare reports, white papers, and knowledge briefs for internal and external stakeholders. Leverage AI tools for content creation, research automation, and productivity enhancement. Provide analytical and operational support for leadership-driven projects and decisionmaking.

Fresh Graduates, Master's in Management / Business Administration (MBA / PGDM) or Bachelor's in Management, Commerce, or Engineering.
