Sr. Associate – Campus Placement Operations

Supports all placement-related operations, documentation, and coordination efforts for MSU's Sikkim campus. This role ensures smooth execution of employer interactions, placement drives, and student support activities. Key Responsibilities: Assist in scheduling and managing placement drives. Coordinate with employers for logistics, documentation, and follow-up. Maintain accurate placement records and student profiles. Track interviews, offers, and feedback cycles. Support placement reporting, dashboards, and event planning. Liaise with students to ensure timely participation and document readiness.

Bachelor's degree required, master's preferred. 2–4 years in university or skilling operations. Familiarity with higher education or placement processes in Sikkim. Excellent coordination, communication, and documentation skills.
