Strategy Associate

We are seeking a Strategy Associate to join MSU's central team and support the design and execution of strategic projects across the organisation. This role is ideal for a generalist with 2–3 years of experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments. As a Strategy Associate, you will work directly with senior leadership on projects spanning academics, operations, marketing, partnerships, and student experience. Key Responsibilities Support leadership in conceptualising, planning, and executing cross-functional strategic initiatives. Conduct research, data analysis, and benchmarking to inform decision-making. Collaborate with teams across academics, admissions, placements, and marketing to drive execution. Track project progress, prepare reports, and identify gaps or opportunities. Assist in designing frameworks, dashboards, and systems for efficient operations. Coordinate with external stakeholders, partners, and collaborators for select projects. Bring in student and faculty perspectives to ensure initiatives are relevant and impactful. Act as a flexible problem-solver, taking ownership of diverse tasks as required.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Social Sciences, or related fields.
