UX Web Designer

This is a remote position.

• Design intuitive, user- centred interfaces and experiences for websites and web applications.Conduct user research and analyses findings to understand user needs, behaviours , and pain points.Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups to communicate design concepts and workflows.Create visually appealing designs that are consistent with our brand identity and enhance usability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other designers, to bring designs to life.Participate in usability testing and iteratively improve designs based on feedback.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing web design projects.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma , Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web development principles.Strong understanding of user-generated design principles and UX best practices.Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.Ability to balance creativity with attention to detail and functionality.Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and applying feedback to designs
