Technical Program Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the execution and delivery of technical programs across multiple teams, ensuring

alignment with business goals and timelines.

• Collaborate with cross functional teams of engineers, QA, and product managers, and

stakeholders, to define project scope, establish priorities and drive accountability to

ensure project milestones are met.

• Oversee end-to-end program delivery, including planning, execution, tracking progress,

resolving challenges, and ensuring timely completion.

• Facilitate communication and transparency across teams, providing regular project

updates and addressing any roadblocks or risks proactively.

• Act as a liaison between technical and non technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment

on project objectives and technical requirements

• Learn the configuration to ensure technical systems are set up as per business

requirements

• Manage the reports and keep the organisation up to date with respect to the activities

being undertaken by Program Team

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in technical program management, project management or

similar roles, with a focus on delivering complex and large scale projects.

• Technical background, with an understanding of software development, system

architecture.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet

tight deadlines.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to influence and work

collaboratively with technical and non technical stakeholders.

• Strong problem solving skills, with experience in identifying and mitigating risks in a fast

paced environment.

• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA
• High Ownership to ensure a project is completed on promised time
