Roles and Responsibilities Take Patient round and put the note, at least 2 routine notes per 12 hour shift and each not for complain and treatment advice during the shift. Taking round with all consultants and Follow all instructions of consultants. Document all patient evaluations, treatments, medications and transactions according to hospital policies and procedures. Follow all the Instruction of Consultants maintain proper history of patient in written. Maintaining a consistent level of service and treatment that is offered to the patients. This is highly essential in order to keep up with the expectations of the patients. Reporting orders to the senior officer of management in the department and also overseeing all the training process of the staff in the department. Any other jobs assigned by superior due to exigencies of work.
