A Day in the Life
As an individual contributor in the APAC Planning Processes, you will be responsible for:
• Contributing to the development of the overall APAC Distribution requirement Planning master data hygiene.
• As a local data administrator (LDA) for APAC ensure extension of the product/material into the planning system by liaising with regional data administrator (RDA) basis the request from regional planners & marketing
• Identifies areas for data quality improvements from the reports available in PBI tool and helps planners to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, revisions, process control and improvement.
• Liaise with global MDM to improve efficiency of master data maintenance & assists regional planners in management, governance, and quality of master data requirements to ensure functional master data integrity across the operation is consistent and meets stated business rules and requirements.
• Liaise with global as a APAC SPOC to analyze various key inputs to planning system on regular interval of time and recommend changes to regional supply chain leaders for effective planning output.
• Work closely with the business/IT to ensure alignment of master data rules and the operations of the application meet all requirements.
• Recommend & Execute Robotic Process Automation (RPA) of repetitive activity.
• • Responsible for ensuring on-time and optimum supply of inventory in the APAC sub-regions and subsequent timely replenishment of inventory to spoke DCs and external customers so as to meet and exceed revenue commitments.
• Develop and maintain finished goods inventory targets by SKU based on service level objectives, forecast error, and replenishment lead times.
• Work closely with regional and global Supply Chain functions and other functions (as needed) to support all new product launches and product transitions while achieving performance targets on service level, working capital, and SOGL.
• Provide analysis of key KPI's and financial data to identify performance and cost improvement opportunities and execute on those initiatives.
• Work with the Global teams to address plant-related issues affecting product supply in a timely manner. Responsible for implementing an effective structure/mechanism to collaborate with global, regional and local stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other functions within the APAC Planning so as to deliver on the initiatives and goals of the APAC Planning COE and the Planning Intelligent Hub

- Analyzes, develops, and implements long-term supply chain strategies and networks that address capacity issues and production location decisions in support of business goals.
- Supports business execution of new programs and initiatives that include promotional activities, forecast and coordination for key events, new product launches, and network redesigns.
- Monitors key sales and operations planning performance indicators, cost-to-serve performance data, and coordinates cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives.
