Senior Client Service Executive

Responsibilities

• Post payments received from insurance companies and patients into the billing system.
• Reconcile daily deposits and ensure accuracy in payment allocation.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in payment posting.
• Collaborate with AR and billing teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.
• Generate reports related to payment posting and account reconciliation.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in US Healthcare payment posting.
• Strong knowledge of physician billing processes.
• Familiarity with EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) and ERA (Electronic Remittance Advice).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare billing software.
• Excellent communication skills.
