Proposal Engineer

Job responsibilities :

• Analyze project requirements and client specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales) to gather necessary inputs.
• Develop detailed technical and commercial proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and scope of work.
• Review and interpret technical drawings and documentation.
• Present proposals to clients and participate in clarification meetings.
• Maintain proposal documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Support continuous improvement of proposal processes and tools.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
• 0-2 years of experience in proposal engineering or technical sales.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CAD and proposal management software is a plus.
• Understanding of project management principles and commercial terms.
