Key Objective of this Role:

• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations.
• Design and optimize warehouse infrastructure for efficient storage and operations.
• Manage relationships and performance of 3PL warehouse providers.
• Oversee and maintain WMS/ERP systems for real-time inventory tracking.
• Plan and monitor stock levels to ensure optimal inventory availability.
• Implement loss prevention strategies to reduce shrinkage and inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and warehouse operating procedures.
• Track and report key inventory and warehouse KPIs for performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align inventory with business needs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in inventory and warehouse processes.

Requirements

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of 3PL operations and logistics processes
• Inventory planning and control expertise
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• MS Excel & MS Word and E Mail Communication Skills
• Should have excellent computer knowledge to effectively utilize inventory
• management  systems, generate reports, and optimize warehouse operations using software and technology.

Language skills: Hindi & English
