Position Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Objectives of this role:

1. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including vendor

management, inventory control, and ensuring efficient and organized workflows.

2. Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency — with customer satisfaction the

primary goal — by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and  establishing,

monitoring, and managing operational goals

3. Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage

requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping methods

4. Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach

short- and long-term performance goals.

5. In Charge of incident management and reporting as per warehouse policy.

6. Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics

7. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards  and

procedures and by complying with legal regulations

8. Ensure SHE Guidelines and ensure the safety audits being followed at the warehouse

regularly.

9. Keep in touch with Local Ambulance, Fire department, Manage Local human Safety Kits  and

PPEs to ensure the safe working at warehouse.

10. Supervise end-to-end e-commerce order fulfillment including picking, packing,     dispatch,

and coordination with logistics partners.

11. Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and ensure efficient warehouse

layout and staff productivity.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control,

space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service

2. Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to

maximize efficiency and minimize overtime

3. Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance

when necessary

4. Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable

plans for loss prevention

5. Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company

facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of

packages

6. Oversee and manage the warehouse Audits for Security and Safety purposes.

Requirements

Skills:

1. Soft skills and excellent communication

2. Knowledge of logistics and the warehousing industry

3. MS Excel & MS Word and E Mail Communication Skills

4. Should have excellent computer knowledge to effectively utilize inventory management

systems, generate reports, and optimize warehouse operations using software and

technology.

5. Language skills: Tamil, Hindi & English
