Objectives of this role: • Responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including vendor\n management, inventory control, and ensuring efficient and organized workflows. • Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency — with customer satisfaction the\n primary goal — by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and\n establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals • Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage\n requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping methods • Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach\n short- and long-term performance goals. • In Charge of incident management and reporting as per warehouse policy. • Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards\n and procedures and by complying with legal regulations • Ensure SHE Guidelines and ensure the safety audits being followed at the warehouse\n regularly. • Keep in touch with Local Ambulance, Fire department, Manage Local human Safety Kits\n & PPEs to ensure the safe working at warehouse. • Supervise end-to-end e-commerce order fulfillment including picking, packing, dispatch,\n and coordination with logistics partners. • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and ensure efficient warehouse\n layout and staff productivity.
