Talent Acquisition Executive

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end hiring for our growing teams across design, marketing, tech, and operations. This role will closely work with the Senior HR Manager to ensure timely and quality hiring aligned with business needs.Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closureCoordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirementsSource candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and referralsScreen resumes and conduct initial interviewsSchedule interviews and maintain hiring trackersEnsure smooth candidate communication and experience

2–3 years of recruitment experienceStrong sourcing and coordination skillsExcellent communication and follow-up abilitiesExperience in agency/startup hiring preferred
