Commitment: Minimum of 4-6 hours per day

Meri Bhakti is a rapidly growing religious startup dedicated to providing spiritual guidance and support to devotees worldwide. We are seeking knowledgeable and empathetic astrologers to join our team and offer personalized astrological consultations to our users.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1.       Provide in-depth, personalized astrological consultations via chat.

2.       Interpret astrological charts and deliver insights clearly and empathetically.

3.       Maintain client interest and engagement during calls and chats.

4.       Offer comforting and understanding advice based on clients' emotional states.

5.       Upsell additional services or longer consultation packages when appropriate.

6.       Encourage clients to leave positive in-app feedback and reviews on the Play Store.

7.       Manage and address any negative feedback constructively.

 

Main Requirements:

1.       Educational Qualification: Degree in Astrology (Verification of degree required).

 

2.       Language Proficiency: Fluent in Hindi and English (Proficiency in any other language is a bonus)

 

3.       Consultation Skills:

a.       Ability to provide in-depth, personalized astrological consultations.

b.      Skill in interpreting astrological charts and delivering insights clearly and empathetically.

 

4.       Client Interaction:

a.       Ability to maintain client interest and engagement during calls and chats.

b.      Patience and empathy when dealing with client concerns and queries.

 

 

5.       Retention Skills:

a.       Techniques to keep clients engaged for longer consultations.

b.      Ability to upsell additional services or longer consultation packages when appropriate.

c.       Ability to get repeat clients through effective consultations and follow-ups.

 

6.       Feedback Skills:

a.       Convincing clients to give positive in-app feedback and reviews on the Play Store.

b.      Ability to manage and address any negative feedback constructively.

 

Professional Attributes:

1.       Confidentiality: Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and privacy, and Adherence to platform policies regarding data protection.

 

2.       Ethical Practice:

a.       Providing honest and ethical astrological advice.

b.      Avoiding any practices that could be considered manipulative or harmful.

c.       Not answering questions that are illegal or unethical, such as predicting the gender of an unborn child.

 

3.       Technical Requirements:

a.       Reliable internet connection for seamless communication.

b.      Access to a smartphone capable of handling calls and chats.

c.       Basic understanding of using the platform's interface for consultations.

d.      Willingness to undergo training to become proficient with our systems.

 

We are looking for Astrologers who can commit a minimum of 4-6 hours per day. They should also have Flexibility to accommodate peak times and client schedules.
