Field Sales Executives

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be a pivotal member of our sales force, responsible for expanding Paytm's merchant network and driving the adoption of our innovative digital payment solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: Market Expansion & Lead Generation: Plan and execute daily market visits within a designated territory (e.g., 4-5 km radius) to identify potential clients and generate new leads through personal networking and door-to-door visits. Product Promotion & Sales: Introduce and effectively communicate the benefits of Paytm's diverse suite of products, including QR codes, Soundboxes, EDC/card swipe machines, Point of Sale (POS) software, insurance, and other financial products. Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets for new merchant onboarding, product deployment, and sales conversions. Client Onboarding & Support: Facilitate the onboarding process for new merchants, assist with product deployment (e.g., QR code placement, machine installation), and provide excellent post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Market Intelligence: Gather regular feedback from the market regarding existing offerings and insights into competitor activities to contribute to product enhancements and strategic planning. Relationship Management: Foster strong, lasting relationships with merchants, ensuring their continued success and loyalty to Paytm. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.

Minimum 10th standard pass and above. Age: Between 19 and 35 years. Gender: Male / Female. Ownership of a two-wheeler vehicle is highly preferred for efficient field operations. Your name on the Aadhaar Card and PAN Card must be identical. A Cibil score of 550 or more is generally preferred. Candidates with O or -1 Cibil scores may be considered if they have no prior loan history.
