Role: Associate – Program & Operations

About the Role

We are hiring driven, high-agency individuals who want to work closely with ambitious students and be part of a fast-growing education startup.

As an Associate, you will support execution across core operational workflows. Depending on business needs, you may work across student communication, session coordination, readiness tracking, documentation, and day-to-day operational systems.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn fast, take ownership early, and build strong execution skills in a high-intensity environment.

What You Will Do

• Speak regularly with students via calls and messages to guide them through processes and next steps.

• Coordinate sessions, interviews, workshops, and events end-to-end.

• Ensure deadlines, submissions, and follow-ups are completed on time.

• Maintain accurate trackers, dashboards, and operational documentation.

• Support preparation of session materials, assignments, and evaluation sheets.

• Assist in managing mock interviews and structured feedback processes.

• Help track student readiness and maintain performance dashboards.

• Coordinate with mentors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

• Support daily operational workflows to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

  This is an execution-first role — clarity, follow-through, and responsiveness matter.
