AI/ML Engineer - VA & Manufacturing

Lead the architecture, development, and optimization of real-time, enterprise-grade manufacturing AI/ML, GenAI & video analytics solutions. Lead PoCs, prototypes, and pilot projects to validate industrial AI and digital twin use cases. Collaborate closely with industry partners, internal delivery teams, and stakeholders to co-create next-generation manufacturing solutions. Possess a strong understanding of manufacturing and process industry challenges, including batch processing, continuous control, quality monitoring, and regulatory compliance. Design, develop, and deploy predictive and prescriptive ML models using state-of-the-art approaches. Apply Generative AI (LLMs, multimodal models, RAG) to improve situational awareness, decision-making, and adaptive system responses. Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data preprocessing, and feature engineering. Experience deploying ML models in production using ML Ops best practices. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is highly desirable. Design distributed, low-latency data pipelines for high-volume video ingestion and processing. Integrate advanced deep learning and multimodal AI models, including detection, segmentation, classification, and tracking, into live production workflows. Perform GPU optimization, parallelization, and performance tuning for large-scale deployments. Willingness to travel to active job sites as required.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related discipline. Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying ML/AI models in production environments.
