CMA Fresher

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CMA Fresher to join our finance team. In this role, you will assist in managing key aspects of the RTR process, including general ledger accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for CMA-qualified candidates to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end accounting operations and financial reporting in a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. General Ledger (GL) Accounting Support day-to-day GL activities and assist in reviewing account balances. Help ensure accurate recording of financial transactions including revenues, expenses, assets, and liabilities. Assist in fixed asset accounting and CAPEX tracking.
2. Journals & Accruals Support in preparation and posting of journal entries, accruals, and prepayments. Assist in GR/IR and intercompany reconciliations under supervision. Help analyze and clear open items or pending billings.
3. Financial Close & Reporting Assist in monthly and annual book closing activities. Prepare basic reports and schedules for management review. Support in overhead analysis, working capital forecasting, and other routine reporting tasks.
4. Audit & Compliance Assist in preparing audit schedules and documentation. Support internal and external audit processes. Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal control procedures.

June 2025 Qualified CMA - Fresher Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes. Proficient in MS Excel and basic exposure to SAP or other ERP systems (preferred). Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and learning.
