Salon Network Expansion Manager

The Salon Network Expansion Manager is responsible for building, activating, and scaling a high-performance salon ecosystem that drives product adoption, revenue growth, and brand advocacy. The role focuses on onboarding new salons, ensuring deep product penetration, strengthening influence within local salon communities, and achieving consistent monthly sales through strategic engagement and network management.

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 2–4 years of experience in salon channel management, FMCG, beauty, or cosmetics sector. Prior field sales and network expansion experience is highly desirable.
