| Job Responsibilities | |
| ·Receive and review enrollment requests to ensure all required eligibility data is present to enable enrollment for MetLife's Core products ·Verify eligibility by navigating within one or more systems including GroupFacts and/or CDF ·Input data manually into UIS and/or GroupFacts ·Terminate employee enrollments ·Respond to requestors in a timely manner within TAT ·Respond to customers using standard response templates, adding clear details when needed ·Log metrics ·Maintaining quality standards ·Partner with supervisors to assess root cause of escalations ·Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, including security, data retention/ ILM and external regulations | |
| Education, Technical Skills & Other Critical Requirement | |
| Education | ·Bachelor's degree preferred |
| Experience (In Years) | ·1-2 years of experience performing manual data entry(preferably in Insurance Industry) ·Customer service experience ·Business writing skills, including ability to write clear, concise communications |
| Technical Skills | ·Proficient knowledge of MS office - Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook ·Typing / data entry speed 30 wpm with 90% accuracy |
| Other Skills | ·Knowledge of Insurance principles in relation to the US Insurance industry ·Excellent communication (Written & Verbal) and comprehension skills |
